How far did you go?

Thank you for taking the journey through Cross the Line.

The app is in line with the Prevent www.ltai.info/what-is-prevent programme, focusing on tackling extremism in all its forms.

How Cross the Line helped me

How Cross the Line could have helped Ivan

Ivan, a former organiser for a right wing group, talks about how Cross the Line could have helped him spot the signs he was being radicalised online.

By journeying through the app you’ve witnessed how easy it might be to get involved in behaviour can cause tensions within society – or even worse, escalate into violent crime.

If you’re worried about a friend or family member who you think might cross the line, seeking help early can give them a route out. You can speak to police in confidence using the national hotline on 0800 789 321, or contact your local force on 101.

You can also contact one of the support agencies listed here: www.ltai.info/useful-links

You can also find information here on how to spot some of the signs that indicate somebody may be drawn towards radicalisation.

Equally, if you or someone you know has fallen victim to hate crime based on a personal characteristic such as your race or religion, you can report to police on 101. Visit www.stophateuk.org for more information and support.
